about

This album about the planets was composed and crafted in alignment with the vibration of each planet. Yes, planetary vibrations are a thing and I totally delved into them, meditated on each planet before beginning then just played and played until I was in a musical trance.

There are lots of flavours and styles in this album. Venus is feminine and bright, whereas Mars feels solid, ominous, and powerful. They're all different and all unique.

There's a bonus track to look forward to also - a secret to be discovered when you buy the album. How exciting! I do love surprises.

I grew up being bombarded by classical music 😆. I remember the retro vinyl cover art from Holst's Planet Suite. I was always fascinated with those tiny, magical planets on that cover. Now I've created a neoclassical, atmospheric planet suite of my own. With some awesome cover art.

It was a long journey and lots of work went into it. I really got into singing - I love the choral moments from The Lord of the Rings soundtracks and wanted to experiment with my own voice. So expect some gorgeous, ethereal, serene vocals interwoven here and there creating contrast and effervescence.

I love making music that takes you away into deep, expansive, spiritual realms full of life changing moments.

Planets I is the first volume of two albums. I hope you enjoy this ethereal, cosmic adventure. Shine on! Let's go.

A hedonistic Snow White seeking out ethereal melodies.

"A sound arose of endless interchanging melodies woven in harmony that passed beyond hearing into the depths and into the heights, and the places of the dwelling of IlĂșvatar were filled to overflowing, and the music and the echo of the music went out into the Void, and it was not void."
